The best concert - probably EVER!

Last weekend Andy and I to see one of our favorite bands : Gogol Bordello. They are a band based out of NYC that are mostly from Eastern European countries and Russia and their genre is Gypsy Punk. They played at the Majestic in Detroit which is a fairly small venue with just an open floor for people to dance, crowd surf, etc. I'm not sure how to describe the experience other then we were both absolutely blown away. We think that their lead singer and acoustic guitar player, Eugene Hutz is a musical genious. The band consisted of probably 8 people, acoustic gutar, accordian, violin, electric guitar, drummer, two girls playing random things like the cymbols, washboards, a big bass drum, and there were some others. Their music is so deep and rich, you can't help but dance when you hear it and it can instantly improve your mood. You should check out their web page: www.gogolbordello.com.
